Job Summary:

As an Advanced Practice Provider at ClearPath, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering primary healthcare services to patients of all ages. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

​

  • Patient-Centric Care: You'll examine patients, take comprehensive medical histories, record findings, and provide preliminary diagnoses. Your expert judgment will guide follow-up procedures.

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Administer or order diagnostic tests such as X-rays, electrocardiograms, and blood work, and expertly interpret the results.

  • Healing Hands: Perform therapeutic procedures, including immunizations, injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.

  • Scope of Excellence: Utilize your professional judgment while working within the scope of family medicine.

  • Personalized Care Plans: Develop and implement patient care plans, offer guidance and counseling, and meticulously document progress.

  • Medication Management: Prescribe medications in accordance with state guidelines and clinic regulations.

  • Empower Through Education: Provide valuable general health education on topics like diet, family planning, emotional well-being, and health maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Completion of an accredited program and certification.

  • Patient Diversity: Demonstrated competencies in dealing with all age groups, from neonates to geriatric patients.

  • Licensed to Thrive: Must hold an unencumbered license in the state of Arizona.

  • DEA License: Possession of a DEA license.

Employment Details:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

  • Saturday Service: One Saturday per month, 8 am - 12 pm, with a half-day off during the week of the scheduled Saturday clinic.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible

  • On-Call Commitment: On-call coverage for one week every 4-5 weeks.

​

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
