COVID-19

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, ClearPath Family Healthcare will be instituting the following measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Thank you for your help to keep our community safe!

 

We are now offering telemedicine for all patients.  Preoperative exams, general wellness/physical exams and well-child exams/physicals will NOT be available via telemedicine.  Medicare annual wellness exams will be available via telemedicine without a physical exam portion.

All sick visits will have an initial consultation via telemedicine.  If the healthcare provider determines that a face-to-face visit is required you will be notified at that visit with further instructions on how to reduce disease transmission.  We will not be accepting any stand-by visits for sick patients.

 

We are following social distancing guidelines and require masks to be worn within our clinic.  Additionally, we offer a remote check-in option to prevent waiting in the lobby.  Call our office when you arrive at the location to check-in to your appointment.  All relevant paperwork will be completed remotely and our staff will alert you when your exam room is available.

We ask that only the patient and one healthy visitor attend all visits.

Understanding Our process...

We offer two types of testing for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID19)

RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal swab):

If you are feeling sick and are concerned that you may have COVID19 or are asymptomatic and have been exposed to SARS-CoV-2, schedule a telemedicine or telephonic appointment to consult with a medical provider.  If testing is appropriate, a laboratory tech will be dispatched to your home to collect the nasopharyngeal sample with a swab.  This test is free to patients with health insurance.

Get the convenience and confidence of a consultation, exam, and testing without leaving your home or navigating through crowded emergency rooms.

SARS-CoV-2 IgG  Antibody testing (blood test):

If you are concerned that you may have been exposed or infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the past, schedule a telemedicine or telephonic appointment to consult with a medical provider.  If testing is appropriate, a blood sample will be collected at our clinic or a nearby laboratory.  This test is free for all patients with or without insurance.
